1) All Sales Final

All product sales made through DJ Luxe Jewlz’s online shop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2) Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7–10 business days of receipt so we can review your request.

To report a damaged item, please provide:

  • Your order number
     

  • A description of the issue
     

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement item or, in limited cases, store credit.

 

3) Shipping Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once items are shipped.
     

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the carrier.
     

4) Exceptions

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from https://www.djluxejewlz.com/. DJ services are subject to separate agreements and policies.
